Financial details were not revealed.

The Helig Geist Park retirement home, situated on a park-like plot of land by the Havel river, comprises two residential buildings, one of which is Potsdam's tallest buildings. It was acquired for the Corpus Sire Health Care IV SICAF-FIS (Health Care Fund IV).

'We are proud to secure this property in a prestigious location in Potsdam for the Health Care Fund IV. The combination of housing and nursing care at this location right by the Havel meets the needs of largely independent residents as well as those who are heavily dependent on care,' commented Sebastian Schlansky, the agent for the investment.

Building 1 includes 60 places for inpatient care and 14 apartments for assisted living. Building 2 comprises another 45 assisted living appartments, both operated by Heilig-Geist-Park Betriebs. The deal also includes a renovated eighteenth-century building let as office space on the adjacent plot.

Corpus Sireo's Health Care Fund IV was established in Luxembourg in 2016, and is aiming for a gross asset value of €400 mln focusing on new and existing properties, predominantly in the assisted living segment.
