The prime asset - which is leased to Deloitte, ING and Roche - purchased the building from GLL Real Estate Partner's Accession Fund for one of their managed accounts.

The contemporary office scheme, located in the Central Pest submarket, was constructed in 2004 and refurbished in 2015, achieving LEED Gold for the interior design of Deloitte and ING's premises. It comprises 25,450 m2 of GLA arranged over eight floors.

Colliers, who represented the vendor alongside Lakatos Köves and CBRE, said that international investor appetite is growing in Budapest for well-managed, institutional-quality office assets with a proven track record of leasing success.

Baker & McKenzie and Cushman & Wakefield advised the purchaser.
