Mike Schreurs, a real estate professional with more than €10 bn of deals under his belt, has joined Coros as MD and will be responsible for the company’s investment activities.
Schreurs, who spent a decade at Patrizia and also worked at Morgan Stanley, has joined a firm with around €1 bn of assets looking to grow further.
