Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers Europe has appointed Rachel Arden-Davis as director, finance & operations of its pan-European funds.
Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers Europe has appointed Rachel Arden-Davis as director, finance & operations of its pan-European funds.
Arden-Davis will be based in London and her tasks will include structuring, financing and operating European real estate funds.
Acting in a senior capacity liaising with clients’ accounting departments, she will be responsible for the financial management of the Nordic Retail Fund and will play a role in the formation and financial management of future pan-European funds by Cornerstone.
Prior to joining Cornerstone, she spent 10 years at AXA Real Estate most recently as senior fund controller.
A chartered accountant, Arden-Davis previously spent eight years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, both in Frankfurt and London, where she managed transactions for private equity and corporate clients.
