Koray Ozgul, CEO of Corio's Turkish business, has resigned to pursue career opportunities outside the company, Corio said in a statement on Tuesday. His responsibilities at the listed European shopping centre specialist will be taken over by Francine Zijlstra, COO of Corio, until a successor is found.

Ozgul has been CEO of Corio Turkey since December 2006.

Besides Ozgul, the current management board of Corio Turkey consists of Nilufer Ozlem (COO) and Maurice Arts (CFO). Ozgul will stay with Corio for a couple of months to ensure a good transfer of responsibilities. Frederic Fontaine, CDO of Corio, will continue to monitor the development of Tarsu.
