Dutch listed investment group Corio has divested a 9,500-m[sup]2[/sup] retail complex in central Metz, in the northeast of France, to privately-held UK group Grosvenor for around EUR 30 mln. The sale represents a net initial yield of 5.5%.

The property is located in Rue Serpenoise in the heart of Metz' commercial centre and is let to Zara and department store Printemps.
