Listed retail specialist Corio plans to appoint Ben van der Klift as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Francine Zijlstra as Chief Operational Officer (COO) with effect from 1 May 2010. The proposal will be put to the general meeting of shareholders (AGM) on 23 April 2010. The current CFO Jan Haars has said he will step down from this date. To facilitate the transfer of responsibility, he has agreed to act as an advisor to Corio until 1 May 2011.

The COO position is an addition to Corio's current management board. The new appointments are for a period of four years.
