Stam Europe, a subsidiary of German property investor Corestate, has announced the acquisition of the Tribu office project from developer Linkcity for an undisclosed amount.
The asset was bought in a forward purchase on behalf of the Madeleine fund, a portfolio of core/core+ office properties located in Paris and its first rim.
Tribu represents the first phase of the Îlot Fertile - Triangle Eole Evangile urban development project which is planned to become Paris’ first carbon-neutral district within the next 10 years. Located in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, Tribu will feature 7,000 m2 of state-of-the-art flexible office space and is targeting a BREEAM Excellent and HQE Excellent green ratings.
