Corestate offloads 144,000 m2 Deutsche Telekom portfolio

Swiss investor Corestate Capital has sold a German portfolio of commercial real estate let to Deutsche Telekom to German listed firm Demire Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate for an undisclosed amount.
