European investment manager Corestate Capital has appointed Douglas Edwards as managing director and head of group equity raising as of January 2019.
Edwards will lead on furthering the group’s sales and distribution activities to both domestic and international clients as well as overseeing its existing client management functions.

With some three decades of experience in the pan-European real estate industry, Edwards has raised more than €3 bn of equity in total during his career.
He worked most recently as managing director at Munich-based KGAL Capital where he co-led a sales & client management team of 27 people. Prior to joining KGAL, Edwards served as managing director for Corpus Sireo, where he was responsible for business with international investors.
