Swiss-based real estate investor Corestate has made three appointments to its European platform. Sascha Wilhelm has been appointed managing director of Corestate Capital Advisors in Frankfurt, and head of asset management, overseeing the company's German asset management activities.

Nikolai Dëus-von Homeyer re-joins Corestate in its corporate development division where he will focus on product development and transactions, while Patrick Muûls joins Corestate's investor relations team in the London office.
Wilhelm was previously managing partner at Seitz Real Estate Group in Bavaria. Dëus-von Homeyer has worked for Corestate from its inception, with a two-year break to obtain an MBA at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. Muûls was previously with Adam Street Partners, a private equity fund of funds manager with $22 bn of assets under management, where he was a member of the global secondaries team focusing on the European markets.
Corestate Capital is a specialist private equity investor based in Zug/Switzerland, with partner offices in Frankfurt, London and Luxembourg. Since its inception in 2006, the business has invested more than EUR 2 bn in the European real estate market.
