Cording takes over property management of Stuttgart resi tower

Cording Real Estate has secured the property management mandate for the Gewa Tower at Schorndorfer Strasse 60 in Fellbach near Stuttgart.

The 107-metre-high property, which is still under construction, will provide 10,500 m2 of residential accommodation over 65 apartments and 34 floors.

The building is being developed by Gewa Group and is scheduled for delivery in early 2017.

Cording, a real estate investment and asset management firm active in Northern European, has been instructed to carry out the technical management, which includes supervision of all external service providers in the property. The company is also taking over the management of the apartments and the bookkeeping, including operating cost accounting for the entire property.
