Cording Real Estate Group, the Northern European real estate investment and asset management firm, has expanded its UK team with two appointments.
Philip Egan (pictured) has joined as an asset manager in the London office. He previously worked as an asset manager at M7 Real Estate, where he was responsible for the asset management of 34 regional office and industrial assets.
William Twigden has also joined as an asset manager from Cushman & Wakefield, where he recently qualified as a chartered surveyor. He will be working under Mark Millar, head of investment at Cording.
They will be responsible for growing Cording’s UK industrial and office assets.
