Northern European investor Cording Real Estate Group has acquired The Bridge office building in the Hague from Cromwell Property Group.
Financial details were not disclosed.
According to Cromwell, the sale arose after the firm 'transformed' the property, substantially reducing vacancy.
'Since acquiring The Bridge in 2014, we completed several asset management initiatives including a complete refurbishment of the majority of the floors, the entrance and part of the façade, which resulted in our team signing eight new tenants,' said Richard den Hartigh, head of asset management, Benelux at Cromwell Property Group in Europe.
Located at number 7-10 on J.P. Coenstraat in Beatrixkwartier, the Bridge comprises 8,145 m2 of office space split between two eight-storey wings spanning the A12 highway.
Cromwell was advised by Cushman and Wakefield and Osborne Clarke.
