Asset manager Cordea Savills has acquired a 7,000 m[sup]2[/sup] office building in Helsinki for EUR 27 mln.
Asset manager Cordea Savills has acquired a 7,000 m2 office building in Helsinki for EUR 27 mln.
The vendors are Finnish construction and development group YIT and HGR Property Partners. Leimdörfer Finland acted as adviser to the sellers.
The property at Ruoholahdenkatu 23 was built in 1913. It has undergone a total overhaul and will be converted into modern office and business premises by February 2013.
In December, Ruoholahdenkatu 23 was awarded a Gold Level Certificate based on the LEED Core & Shell standards.
