Cordea Savills has acquired an office building in the southern Dutch town of Capelle aan den Ijssel on behalf of an Italian investor. Cordea Savills bought the 7,000 m[sup]2[/sup] office together with 175 parking spaces from Interesting Vastgoed for EUR 14 mln. The building is leased for ten years to Imtech Utiliteit West.

Earlier this week, Cordea Savills purchased Philips Lighting's new distribution centre project at the Flight Forum business park in the Dutch city of Eindhoven for about EUR 20 mln. The project is earmarked for an Italian investor, and provides some 18,000 m2 of space. Jones Lang LaSalle Eindhoven advised Cordea Savills on both transactions.
