The property is located on Hereford Square, South Kensington. A planned redevelopment will see the building converted into three houses totalling approximately 1,100 m2.
The Prime London Residential Development Fund is a four-year, closed-ended opportunistic fund which launched in June 2012.
The fund aims to generate profits by providing development equity funding or mezzanine finance for prime London residential development opportunities.
