Cordea Savills has acquired a shopping centre to the north of Stockholm from Commerz Real for €32 mln.
The Enebyängen scheme provides 14,600 m2 of space and is fully leased to 14 tenants.
Cordea Savills bought the scheme for its European Retail Fund with the deal representing the vehicle's first acquisition in Sweden.
The fund already owns commercial properties in Berlin, Paris, Glasgow, Birmingham, Hanover and Copenhagen. JLL Tenzing advised Commerz Real on the deal.
