Cordea Savills, the international property investment manager, has appointed John Claxon as a director of investment to lead the company's expansion of its UK segregated mandate business.
Cordea Savills, the international property investment manager, has appointed John Claxon as a director of investment to lead the company's expansion of its UK segregated mandate business.
He will report to George Tindley, executive director and head of investment, UK.
Claxon, who has 25 years' experience of managing and advising real estate portfolios, joins from BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management, where he was head of the UK investment management business. At BNP, he focused on segregated mandates and was discretionary manager for some major UK pension fund mandates.
Cordea Savills is an international property fund manager with EUR 3.4 bn of assets under management.
