Property investment manager Cordea Savills has appointed Jon Crossfield to the new position of head of investment mandates.
He will sit on Cordea Savills’ executive committee and be responsible for the firm’s investment mandate programme targeting institutions, family offices and private equity funds.
Crossfield joins Cordea Savills from Savills, where he spent 10 years and was latterly a director in its investment advisory team, specialising in advising overseas owners investing in the UK.
In this role he has built up significant experience in acquiring assets on behalf of a number of German and Scandinavian institutions.
Prior to that, he worked with the UK and European investment teams at both DTZ and Jones Lang LaSalle.
