Cordea Savills, the international property fund manager, has appointed John Luke as director of institutional business with a focus on distribution in Ireland, the Nordics and the Benelux region. He will be based in the firm's London office and will report to Michael Flynn, executive director of institutional business.

Cordea Savills, the international property fund manager, has appointed John Luke as director of institutional business with a focus on distribution in Ireland, the Nordics and the Benelux region. He will be based in the firm's London office and will report to Michael Flynn, executive director of institutional business.

Prior to joining Cordea Savills, Luke was head of business development for real estate specialist funds at Aviva Investors, where he spent six years. During his time at Aviva, he was responsible for marketing the full range of real estate products to large institutional investors in northern Europe.

Cordea Savills is an international property fund manager with offices in London, Milan, Munich, Stockholm, Luxemburg, Paris and Singapore. At end-December 2009, Cordea Savills managed EUR 2.7 bn of assets.
