Portuguese real estate developer Coporgest has concluded a new high-end residential development in Lisbon in which it invested €27 mln.
The Sottomayor Premium Apartments consist of 43 luxury apartments, ranging from one to three bedrooms, with areas varying from 51 to 198 m2.
Only three fractions are still available for purchase, while the rest have been sold for prices ranging from €420.000 to €1.75 mln.
Located 500 meters from Marquês de Pombal and Avenida da Liberdade, the classic building with a gross construction area of 10,000 m2 was acquired by Coporgest in a state of ruin.
The interior was completely renovated, preserving the facades and the architectural elements of reference.
Sérgio Ferreira, CEO of Coporgest, said: ‘The development offers the unique advantage of being able to unite the best of two worlds: the pleasure of being in the center of Lisbon, within walking distance of everything that is important and, simultaneously, the privilege of enjoying the serenity of a quiet area. In this building, every detail appeals to the aesthetics and functionality, from the selection of a refined palette of tones, to the elegant details that integrate perfectly into the spaces, to the finishes with noble materials.’
Project highlights include the ground floor apartments, with private garden and pool, and the penthouse apartments that have generous terraces, from where it is possible to enjoy the view and special light of Lisbon.
Still in its initial phase, the Sottomayor Premium Apartments was distinguished as the Best Residential Renovation Project in Portugal, by the European Property Awards 2019-2020.
This is Coporgest's second residential development completed in recent months in Lisbon.
Previously, it invested €21.6 mln in the construction of Ãlvares Cabral Premium Apartments, an old office building reconverted into 13 luxurious apartments.
