Spanish commercial property developer Coperfil Real Estate is to develop the Viapark Arroyo business park in Valladolid, southern Spain. Completion of the project, which is to be built on a 48,000 m[sup]2[/sup] site, is scheduled for the first half of 2010. The company said it was granted a construction permit for the 22,000 m[sup]2[/sup] scheme, which will also include a parking lot with around 1,500 parking spaces. The investment costs for the project were not disclosed.

Coperfil RE is currently developing six business parks across the Spanish cities of Vícar in Almería, San Fernando and Paracuellos in Madrid, Murcia, Petrer in Alicante and Parets del Vallès in Cataluña. The company recently said that it planned to develop up to three million m2 of logistics space by 2011.
