Coperfil will be responsible for the property management of the site as well as for the maintenance and repair work, the cleaning and landscape maintenance, security and customising the facilities.

In a statement, the Spanish company said that it has been awarded the property management of two other logistics buildings purchased by SEB near Madrid.

The first phase of the park, with 80,244 m2 of surface area, is entirely leased to international companies active in the logistics sector, including DHL and H. Sanz. As a result of the strong demand registered for the asset, the company said it plans to build a second phase at Ciempozuelos. The roof of the buildings has been leased to Core Energy, a specialist in renewable energies, and is to be fitted with a photovoltaic installation.
