One shareholder representative raised an objection to the transactions at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on Thursday, but 99.8% of the votes cast supported the board's strategy. The meeting also approved the conversion of Conwert's company status from an AG to a Societas Europaea (SE), and the board members were re-elected.
