The Forum centre will accommodate about 120 retailers on a lettable area of 50,000 m2 by September 2008 and will be anchored by a KarstadtQuelle department store. Other major tenants include the Mayer bookshop, as well as shoes retailers Tamaris and Roland, German newspaper Immobilien Zeitung reported.
