The funding was structured and arranged by WestImmo with lenders DG Hyp, Helaba, RBS, Santander and WestImmo. WestImmo is facility agent. The borrower was advised by the Royal Bank of Scotland and CMS Cameron McKenna. The lenders were advised by Travers Smith.
