Concerto European Developer has signed a nine-year fixed lease with Eurodif, a European group in the home and fashion sectors, on a 24,700 m[sup]2[/sup] logistics platform that will be later extended to 30,000 m[sup]2[/sup].
Concerto European Developer has signed a nine-year fixed lease with Eurodif, a European group in the home and fashion sectors, on a 24,700 m2 logistics platform that will be later extended to 30,000 m2.
The platform is currently under construction on a plot of land located in the Aube logistics park in Troyes and purchased from the Aube General Council. Troyes is about 150 kilometres southeast of Paris.
The complex will comprise a distribution centre of around 22,900 m2 which will include an automated orders preparation process, 600 m2 of business premises and 1,200 m2 of offices. The platform is scheduled for delivery in the 1st quarter of 2013.
