Commord Development plans €30m luxury resi project in Bucharest

Construction works on Quartier Du Nord, located in the Pipera-Floreasca business district, are set to start in September, with completion expected in Q4 2025.

Located on a 5,900 m2 plot on the shores of Tei Lake, the project will deliver 129 residential units, ranging from studios and apartments, with private garden to 4-bedroom apartments and duplexes.

It will also include 162 underground parking spaces and a private park with a 2,400 m2 children’s playground.

The residential buildings will have low energy consumption and reduced carbon emissions due to the usage of air-water heat pumps for heating and cooling, as well as photovoltaic panels for electricity consumption for the common parts.
