Spanish listed property firm Colonial has purchased the Egeo building in Madrid's Campo de las Naciones area for €79.3 mln.
Colonial, which recently launched a bid for local peer Axiare in a transaction valued at €1.2 bn, bought the asset from Lar España.
The asset provides 18,254 m2 of space over six floors as well as 400 parking spaces.
Lar España said that the sale is part of its non-strategic asset disposal programme. In September last year the Spanish REIT sold an office building on Calle Arturo Soria in Madrid for €32.5 mln, also to Inmobiliaria Colonial.
The company bought the Egeo building in 2014 for €64 mln.
Aguirre Newman brokered the deal.
