Colonia placed 2.8 million new shares in an accelerated bookbuilding procedure. The shares were placed on Thursday exclusively with German and international institutional investors at a price of EUR 3.80 per share, marking a discount of around 4.5% to Wednesday's closing price on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
The move increases the company's share capital from EUR 28.4 mln to EUR 31.3 mln.
Joh. Berenberg Gossler & Co. KG acted as the sole bookrunner for the capital increase.
