Colliers wins major management mandate in CEE

Austrian listed property group Immofinanz has mandated agent Colliers International to manage a portfolio consisting of 11 office and industrial properties in Bulgaria, Hungary and Poland.

The package provides a total 167,000 m2 of gross lettable space. In Poland, the portfolio includes five office buildings in Warsaw and two logistic parks, one in Warsaw and one in Silesia, for a total of 86,000 m2.

In Hungary, Colliers will take over the management of three industrial properties in Budapest with a GLA of 71,000 m2. These properties include Pharma Park, which is specialised in the pharmaceutical business.

In Bulgaria, Colliers will manage one office building in Sofia with a GLA of almost 10,000 m2.

Including this latest mandate, Colliers International manages 79 commercial properties providing over 1.3 million m2 across the Eastern European region with an estimated value of over €3 bn.
