Developer Europlan and co-investor Griffin Real Estate have instructed Colliers International to market the new Feniks office building in Warsaw.
Colliers has been mandated to sell the property on an exclusive basis shortly after Bank Ochrony Srodowiska Group signed a long-term lease.
Feniks is a new, Class A office building with a gross leasable area of 10,000 m2 over eight levels, located in Warsaw's Central Business District only a short walk from Rondo ONZ.
Feniks has one level of underground parking providing 48 parking spaces.
Bank Ochrony Srodowiska Group, a financial institution owned by the Republic of Poland, has leased the entire 9,000 m2 office component and a portion of the 1,000 m2 ground floor retail area of the building for 12 years commencing in May 2013.
