Colliers International has won the tender to manage two office buildings in the Polish capital, the Warsaw Financial Centre and Platinium Business Park.

The 144-metre Warsaw Financial Centre is located in the business centre of the capital and houses 70 tenants across a diverse industry sector. Major occupiers include CMS Cameron McKenna, DLA Piper, Bloomberg, Google, and the Bank of Tokyo - Mitsubishi UFJ.

The building is owned by Curzon Capital Partners III, Tristan Capital Partners and Allianz Real Estate, which bought the property earlier this year in one of the biggest office transactions in 2012 in Europe. Colliers co-managed the sale process representing the selling party, a joint venture between CA Immobilien Anlagen and Pramerica Real Estate Investors.

Allianz is also the owner of the mixed-use Platinium Business Park located in the Mokotów district. The complex includes six A-class office buildings. Colliers International manages Platinium I, II, III and IV offering a total of 50,000 m2 of GLA.

'Property management is one of the main service lines offered by Colliers International - we currently manage around 700,000 m2 of space in Poland and over 1 million m2 in the whole Central and Eastern Europe area,' said Monika Rajska-Woliñska, managing partner at Colliers International in Poland.
