Europolis Real Estate Asset Management has chosen Collier International to manage Poland Central logistics & business park in Wola Bykowska. The logistics & business center has been designed as a European distribution hub which will serve regional cities in Poland as well as Central and Eastern Europe. The site has a total area of 120ha and will provide lettable space in excess of 500,000 m[sup]2[/sup] over the next 5-7 years when fully developed - making it the largest facility of its kind in Poland. The first building, totalling 43,200 m2, was delivered last August.
