Two central Riga offices are to be auctioned later this year for bankrupt Lithuanian bank Bankas Snoras by real estate adviser Colliers International.
The first site is the former HQ of Latvian bank Krajbanka, which goes under the hammer on 28 April with a starting price of €11.5 mln.
The second property is at 23 Pils Street on Dome Square, the city’s main tourism hub. It has potential to be converted into a hotel and will be marketed at a starting price of €7 mln, with the auction expected on 2 June.
