Colliers International is joining forces in France with local real estate services company Keops, creating a property services group comprising 180 professionals in 18 offices throughout the country.
Laurent Castellani, former president of Keops, will head the new business.
'Combining Colliers and Keops means that our clients now have access to a greater range of services, from a greater number of local offices, as well as the ability to call on the global expertise of Colliers' 15,000 professionals in more than 500 offices in 61 countries,' commented Chris McLernon, CEO of EMEA at Colliers International.
The operation is part of a partnership signed earlier this year between French property group Nexity and asset manager La Française AM on the real estate management and services front. The new joint venture, incorporating Nexity's Keops services arm as well as the activities of La Française AM's Colliers UFGPM subsidiary, is 75%-owned by Nexity with La Française AM holding the remaining 25%.
