Diversified professional services and investment management company Colliers has announced plans to further expand its occupier services offer with the employment of three experienced consultants for its new business line of project management.

Colliers' new trio within project management - Ulrica O Magnusson, Nicholas Jessen and Lina Riddarström Åkerlund - are joining from the company Placeness and are specialists within workplace design, digitalisation and project management.

O Magnusson will be responsible for the new business line and is employed as head of project management. She was formerly owner and founder of Placeness and, prior to that, CEO for Codesign architect’s office.

Jessen is joining Colliers as a director in the project management team. He was previously co-owner and founder of the Linky Tech company and, prior to that, a director at JLL.

Riddarström Åkerlund is joining the company as associate director in the project management team and she too was formerly an owner and founder of the Placeness company.
