Global property adviser Colliers International has completed the sale of a 19-strong-portfolio in Denmark and Sweden for around DKK 200 mln (€27 mln) on behalf of its bankrupt owner.

The assets have been sold to a range of private Danish investors and one Swedish investor.

The portfolio comprises five industrial and logistics properties in Zealand and Funen in Denmark, nine small terraced houses in Skagen, Denmark; as well as five mixed residential/commercial properties in Scania, Sweden.

The Østmarken 7-9 industrial asset in Søborg represented the largest transaction and sold for DKK 102 mln.

'The portfolio has a good combination of industrial, residential and commercial properties. It is always a challenge to find buyers for such a diverse portfolio, but due to a good local and Nordic network we succeeded in closing the case,' said Jens Gammelby, commercial property agent at Colliers.
