Richard Divall has been appointed head of cross border capital markets at London & Oxford Group in a role to spearhead the company's expansion into private equity and alternative asset management.
The Colliers agent brings over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry to London & Oxford Group, which was established in 1993 and is an independent financial asset management company based in the City of London.
At Colliers, he has been leading a team of over 300 capital market advisors in the EMEA region for 10 years and was responsible for generating over €10 bn of investment volumes. Prior to that, he was a partner at Strutt & Parker LLP, where he advised major UK institutions and property companies on acquisitions and sales.
