Kermen Mastiev is joining as the department’s new director from Cushman & Wakefield where he held a similar role.
Mastiev has 14 years of experience in commercial real estate. From 2003 to 2010, he held senior-level positions at Knight Frank and Colliers International, and prior to that he oversaw commercial real estate transactions at Rosbuilding.
The new department will include a further three executives. Andrei Kukhar and Kirill Kutyavin have joined as associate directors, while Alexei Levkovsky is taking the post of sales and acquisitions consultant.
Kukhar has spent the last decade in the commercial real estate sector, including six years in Cushman and Wakefield’s office sales and acquisition department. Kutyavin began his career in 2005 at Novoye Kachestvo and spent more than six years with the office department of Knight Frank. For the past two years, he has been engaged in office sales transactions at Cushman & Wakefield.
Alexei Levkovsky joined the office department of Cushman & Wakefield in 2013, first working in the leasing department before transferring to the sales and acquisition department.
