Colliers Italia has partnered with Rome-based real estate group Gruppo Immobiliare Progedil to manage 1,500 residential units in Rome worth around €315 mln.
According to Colliers Italia, the real estate partnership will create synergies to offer the widest spectrum of services to investors and developers.
Active in Rome and the Lazio region for over 30 years, Progedil specialises in the marketing of residential units, professional consulting and real estate brokerage for companies and private clients.
The Group has numerous offices in the Italian capital and boasts a brokered value of more than €5.3 bn with more than 25,000 units sold.
