Professional services and investment management company Colliers has expanded its profile in Andalusia and the Costa del Sol by opening a Marbella office.
This expansion reflects the company's growth strategy in the luxury residential market, reinforcing its business leadership in high-end residential and branded residences commercialisation, and in response to growing market demand.
Colliers said that the new office in Marbella would provide national and international clients access to a wide range of real estate services, including advice on real estate investments aimed at the luxury real estate market, whether residential, hotel or retail F&B, in addition to the marketing of exclusive properties.
Ana Gavilanes, with more than 20 years of professional experience in the real estate sector, will be the head of the Marbella office of Colliers.
