Colliers’ Italian office has appointed Niccolò Suardi as head of high street retail, with the task of coordinating the leasing and capital market activities for the retail business unit, reporting directly to Silvio Sancilio, head of capital markets.
A professional with over 10 years of experience in the real estate sector, Suardi joins from BNP Paribas group, where he initially worked as a senior consultant in the management area, and then received a mandate for the launch of a local unit dedicated to retail.

Furthermore, we are convinced that, in particular the High Street segment, is widely underestimated at the moment, but is ready to restart with momentum as soon as the vaccination campaigns at a global level allow a new influx of international tourism into the Italian cities,’ said Roberto Nicosia, CEO of Colliers Italia.
