Colliers International has announced that Richard Divall is to take on the new role of head of cross border capital markets, EMEA.

This follows the recent addition of Terrance Tang, head of capital markets in Asia, who joined Colliers this summer.

The moves build on the firm’s strategic objective to grow its global capital markets business.

Divall has been with the firm just over a year, working with Dominic Amey in the Central London Investment team. He joined Colliers International from Strutt & Parker.

'The City’s status as a safe haven for investors has allowed us to grow our client base of overseas investors focussing on Far Eastern, Asian and Sovereign Wealth money; and now is the right time to capitalise on that,' commented Tony Horrell, CEO UK & Ireland.
