Colliers International has launched a new facility management department in its Warsaw office.
The new department provides technical support, on-site maintenance, periodic inspections and fire monitoring of buildings. It is the third new department to be established by Colliers International in Poland this year.
The facility management unit is headed by Jonathan Cohen, director of building consultancy, and will work alongside the project management and green buildings certification departments.
