Colliers International Poland has changed its company structure to a partnership as part of an expansion process. After 11 years in Poland, Colliers is now managed by 12 partners. 'The introduction of the partnership model is also a moment for setting new goals for the company,' the proeprty adviser said.

'Currently we have over 100 staff, but we plan to grow to 150 by the end of 2008. Today we have an office in Warsaw. Two more offices in Cracow and Wroclaw are going to be opened in the first half of 2008. In the coming years we plan to open two more offices in Gdansk and Poznan that will strengthen our local operations,' said managing partner Hadley Dean. 'Colliers' understanding of partnership means that you treat both your clients and your employees as your business partners. Changing the company’s structure is another meaningful step towards becoming the best commercial real estate consultancy in Poland.'
