Colliers International has announced the hiring of CBRE's London City directors James Walker, Natalie Lelliott, Oliver Hawking and Stuart Commins.
James Walker, previously a senior director in CBRE’s City Agency team, is joining Colliers as new head of City Agency & Occupier Advisory. He has over 15 years’ experience advising both landlords and tenants on lettings, acquisitions, lease renewals and lease restructurings.
Walker is joined by fellow City Agency & Occupier Advisory directors, Natalie Lelliott, Oliver Hawking and Stuart Commins, who were also previously with CBRE. They will work together with the newly appointed director, City Capital Markets, Dominic Amey.
Amey has been active in the Central London property market for more than 20 years and has been with Colliers since 2003, specialising in London investment.
'Bringing this team together marks another step in Colliers’ continuing growth plans in London, underpinning previous acquisitions in the West End and City Fringe, as well as laying the groundwork for further planned organic growth,' said Tony Horrell, Colliers’ CEO UK & Ireland.
