Colliers International Italy has appointed Silvio Sancilio as head of capital markets.
Sancilio will be responsible for defining development strategies across consulting servicies related to investments in the main real estate asset classes.
'With Silvio's appointment, we strengthened our team dramatically. We are confident that his experience will allow us to further accelerate our growth and consolidation plans in Italy,' said Roberto Nicosia, CEO of Colliers International Italy.
Sancilio graduated as a civil engineer and holds an MBA. His experience in the real estate industry spans leading roles at Unicredit, and later at JLL Italy, as head of the office capital market department.
