Colliers International hires COO in Russia

Colliers International has Ekaterina Barinova as chief operating officer of its Russian business.

Prior to joining Colliers International, she was a partner at NGK Executive Search where she supervised the business division responsible for recruiting specialists in the real estate industry.

In her new position she will oversee the firm’s business support departments, including the human resources & administration, legal and IT units. She will be responsible for improving operational performance and optimising business processes.

Barinova has more than 20 years of experience in human resource management at Russian and international companies. She began her career at DHL International and subsequently moved to the banking industry, working for companies such as as Renaissance Capital, VTB Capital, ING Bank and Uralsib. From 2009 to 2013 Barinova served as director of personnel for JLL.
